      The template is designed to handle six stages now. In the future, we might add more stages. However, you may rename the stages as per your requirement.

  2. How do I continue the drop down for “Hired” or “Not Hired” throughout the spreadsheet? Appears as though the field no longer lets me and I have to type in manually.

  3. Hello there,

    It’s a great dashboard, however I would like to replace the title stage “Onsite Interview” to “Pre-Employment Tests/ Checks”.

    It’s just a header change in the dashboard and I don’t know how/ where to do it; please assist.

    If this is not possible please process the refund.

      Please change the stage name in the settings tab. Then change the same in corresponding columns. Finally, the dashboard has images for each stage, which you need to update.

  4. The template works great! the only thing i can’t get working is the pipeline efficiency of hiring and the monthly metrics. they don’t show any data on my dashboard, can you please help?

    1. On the application sheet the HIRED DATE (green colored) gives an error on its formula. It states that there are existing arrow or a circle reference is in the code…

      The name of the sheet is used in formulas for calculation, hence, it might affect the working.


  7. Hi, I am loving this tool and get so much valuable data out of it. In the cost per hire, is there a chance I can add or have added another area where I can track the relocation costs for the candidate, I want to be able to keep this separate from the other costs like agency and advertising costs. Can this be done?

      The cost of hiring can be added in the cell or you can add the data in different sheet and show the sum in the cost column.
