    What information should be entered into employee id? Should that be active or exit status?

    1. Good Morning,
      Employee ID can be any unique number or alpha numeric value. If the employee is still with the company, please do not enter exit date. It will be considered active employee. If there is an exit date, it will be counted as Exit employee.

    I purchased Retention Dashboard and I have some issued with SNAPSHOT DASHBOARD & EXIT DASHBOARD the data did not come to those page
