The package includes a Power BI file and an Excel file. Excel file is for the data entry and the Power BI file has the reports built-in using a data model and all the necessary calculations.
Steps to follow
Step 1: You download both files.
Step 2: Enter input data in the Excel file.
Step 3: Open Power BI file and connect one-time to the Excel file and hit Refresh. That is it.
Whenever you enter new data in Excel, you can refresh Power BI file to get updated reports instantly

Requirements: What is needed?
Power BI desktop – this is available for a free download (Microsoft Power BI)
Microsoft Excel – If you have Microsoft Office subscription, you already have this. (Microsoft Office)
Optional: If you would like to share the reports with colleagues in your company, you will need a Power BI pro license which has an affordable monthly fee per user.
