Hi! I just purchased the template however the Dashboard is not working. It won’t let me see the graphs, charts. I’m using Excel 2010 on Windows 10
Thanks for purchasing. There are a few reasons why the dashboard may not display. I have explained the data entry in the user guide https://indzara.com/2016/07/user-guide-enter-data-recruitment-manager-template/ Please ensure that there are no errors (column Q) in applications sheet. Please refresh the calculations by Refresh All in Data ribbon. I have emailed you this information as well. If you need further help, please email me the file with data. Best wishes.
In addition to the standard information aligned by candidate and job status, I need to track other associated information/notes for individual Job ID’s, e.g. notes regarding hiring manager contacts, other activities connected with the job, and may or may not be connected to a candidate.
How could I do this?
We can enter additional columns of information in both Jobs and Applications sheet, as needed. There are already columns named CUST COLUMN which we can use or we can insert new columns as well.
In the Applications sheet, except between the 6 stage date columns, we can insert columns at other places.
Please let me know if there are any questions. You can also email me at indzara at gmail. I will be happy to answer.
Best wishes.
Hi
is there any way to add cost per source the the dashboard?
Thanks,
It depends on how we capture the cost of the source in our business scenario. For example, we could add the cost in the Applications sheet for each application. Then, we can sum up that cost for each source.
Please let me know if there are any questions.
Best wishes. .

Hello,
I am receiving a lot of errors when I use the applications page; therefore, it won’t allow me to see the actual information on the dashboard. I am running on Windows 7/Excel 2016. I have an application status and a decline reason. I have reviewed the step by step instructions and still can’t figure out why it is showing an error. I just purchased this today. Can you help please?
Thanks for purchasing. Windows 7 and Excel 2016 should be compatible. I think it should be about missing key pieces of data in entry. I will be happy to help. I will follow up by email.
Thanks & Best wishes.
Hello, great template!
However, it wont let me use the dashboard, as our version of excel appears to be older – can you advise on how to fix?
Thanks in advance.

Is it possible to upload into and manage this excel within Google Sheets? I have had issues with macros not being supported by Google sheets in the past, but we need a solution that will allow multiple users editing the document.
Thanks for your interest. The file does not have any macros, but some of the features are not supported in Google sheets. The file can be posted on OneDrive and shared with colleagues. Please let me know if there are any questions. Best wishes.
