  • Thanks for purchasing.
For the calendar to show capacity vs demand (and surplus/deficit) in a certain time dimension level accurately, the demand should be entered in that time dimension level or more granular level.
For example, if the demand is entered daily, then calendar can have any time dimension (eg. daily, weekly, monthly…). If the demand is entered only weekly, then the Calendar would be appropriate to use when time dimension is weekly, monthly or higher – but not daily.
Please let us know if any further questions.
Please email us at support@indzara.com if you need to send sample data as well.

If the demand has been entered daily, then you can easily change the view in Calendar to be monthly and view Capacity, Demand or Surplus/Deficit by Month.

  • I have completed entering capacity data on the capacity tab and task data on the Demand tab. However, Only the top task in the Demand tab appears in the calendar or Dashboard data. That task as a “1” in the “Selected” column. No other tasks do.

How do I get the other rows to be included in the calculations?

    • To be clear, I realize that the “1” means that the entry is supposed to be selected as a slice in the Dashboard but I am expecting that, with no filters or slices selected, I would see the total capacity vs total demand.

      • I also submitted a ticket to the support portal and it was closed with no reply? Really?

    • To conclude this thread. My issue was the mismatch of project names between tabs. Matching Resource/Skill/Project across all tabs resolved the issue.
