  • Hi your templates are very useful. I would love to use them, but I need AM/PM and I need to specify whether authorised or unauthorised absence. Would you be able to help me with this.

    • Thank you.

Thanks for sending the e-mail. I have responded with a template that I had built earlier. Unfortunately, I cannot do more customizations at this point due to other projects.

      Hope that helps,

  • Hi Ind Zara, thank you for the great work. We have between 4 and 9 subjects per learner depending on which phase they are in at our school. A learner will typically have classes for around 4 of the subjects per day in periods of between 45 minutes and 90 minutes each. How can I track attendance per subject per day.

  • I was wondering if you could add number of hours for attendance column. In our schools system, some classes are scheduled shorter than hours and there for P may equal two hours or P may equal 45 minutes. How can we track the number of hours in this template ?

  • Hello INDZARA,

Excellent Work! I would like to change the formulas for the P, A, and L. I want it to be 1 for each hr of class missed and .33 for late. So 1=absent and .33=late and 0=Present. We enter by the hour because some students do not come the first hour of class, but come the second hour.
    Regards,
    Gary
