“DT” means date. The dates when interviews are held.

  • the “applicant tab”, is it limited to a certain number? After 37, the solid line that is normally below the new applicant doesnt move down, nor are the columns (from row 37 and down) formatted for “date”. They all say “general” instead. Im sure i can have more than 36 apps, right? I use this for a trucking company that hires multiple positions.

The data is entered in a table format. Please extend the table down and the data format would be extended.

  • After reading and watching your intros, I really like this template. However, I would like to take it a bit further. Does the template come protected or can I customize it further?

As a whole, you can use this template after buying. You can make a few changes as needed. However, the stages of recruitment are limited. Also, while making changes, ensure that you do not delete any formula.

  • Hi,
I am unable to get the dashboard to populate. I have no errors, and I watched the video on the most common causes of not populating. I can’t find any issue that would be the cause.
I do have jobs in Open, Completed, and Cancelled status. I also have populated eighteen applications in hired and not hired status with no errors.

Please ensure that you have filled the dates for each stage. Also, the job posting date should be prior to dates of any stage.

In case it still does not work, please email your file with the list of issues to contact@indzara.com

As of now, this template can handle 6 stages. You may rename a stage. We might be able to add more in the future release.

  • Hello,
My question is regarding the reporting dashboard. If I am looking for reporting by specific job do I need to use a separate worksheet per job? Are you able you sort data so the dashboard report can provide total activity or per job?

    • Thanks for your question.
The Dashboard has several filters such as Job Location and Job Title that allow narrowing down the scope. If you need a specific job ID, please try the JOB REPORT sheet, which shows metrics for one Job ID and candidates for the specific job and specific Recruiting Stage. Also, in the Applications sheet, you can filter by Job ID to see all the applications for that Job ID.
Please let us know if any questions.
      Thanks & Best wishes.

    • The language cannot be easily changed across the entire template. Most Input data can be entered in any language and is not a problem. However, there are certain specific values such as Application Status values that are used in formulas. Using a different language input will require changing those formulas as well.
To only enter input data such as Employee Name, location, etc. in a different language is fine. Completely converting every word in template to a different language will not be easy.
      Thanks & Best wishes.

  • Hi,

Is there a possible way where I dont need to input ALL my candidates applications name etc (rejected candidates) as its hundreds for each role. Can the calculations for the dashboard be still done without this info?

    • Thanks for using our template.

The dashboard considers all the applications received, also, the reports will not show you the clear picture.
