  • Hello,

I added my employee data and was hoping to show a snapshot of turnover/retention for 2021. Since it is January 2022, it is going back 12 months and starting with February 2021. Can I change the timeframe to show January 2021 to December 2021?

Also, the snapshot and exit dashboard are not populating.

    Thank you

    • Regarding retention dashboard for 2021,

You can unhide hidden Calc tab and type in 31-Dec-2021 on cell B4 to show the retention dashboard from 01-Jan-2021 to 31-Jan-2021.

      Regarding snapshot and exit dashboard,

Please share your sheet to support@indzara.com to check further.

      Best wishes.

  • Does this need to be reset at the beginning of each year with your, then current, active employee listing?

    • Thank you for showing interest in our template.
No you do not have to reset the employee listing, you just need to add the new employees and enter the exit dates for the employees who resign.
The retention dashboard will display data for past 12 months.
      Best wishes.

  • Hi!

I have successfully used the template to determine 2020 turnover over the last 12 months. However, I now would like to use the template to obtain the numbers for turnover from august 2018 to September 2019. Is there a way to modify the formulas so that I can capture this time frame? I entered the employee data for these dates already, just trying to get the calculations to populate.

  • Indzara,

I’ve worked on the worksheet however, the retention data work sheet is not updating. I’m working on a 10 year cycle and not 12 months. The other sheets have updated accordingly. Do advise on how best to resolve this.

  • I need to change to parameters to 1500 employees. How do you do that?

    Reply
    • Hello

The template has a hidden sheet named HELP which is limited to 1000 rows. That table needs to be extended down to more rows. Then, automatically the dashboards will pick up more than 1000 rows entered in the Employees Data sheet.

      Thanks

  • Good Morning,

What information should be entered into employee id? Should that be active or exit status?

    Reply
    • Good Morning,
Employee ID can be any unique number or alpha numeric value. If the employee is still with the company, please do not enter exit date. It will be considered active employee. If there is an exit date, it will be counted as Exit employee.
      Best wishes.
