I am currently using an Excel spreadsheet with drop down menus to choose our products. We manually figure our prices and enter them. I am looking to build a more user friendly version for the staff. I would like a platform that we can enter a patient name and then choose the product or service they are purchasing. I would like to be able to search those products according to their description or SKU numbers also I want this information still tracked daily and monthly for my reports.
What is your suggestion on how to go about this?
I am not completely sure what exactly is the missing price. To search on product names, we can use the FIND or SEARCH function. The result of that can be stored in an array (or range of cells) and then used as the data validation list. Tracking as reports can be done through SUMIF and/or COUNTIF functions. Pivot tables can also be used for that instead of formulas.
