    • Thank you for showing interest in our template.

Currently, we do not have the google sheet version of the template and excel template cannot be uploaded in Google Drive to use in Google Sheet due to features compatibility issues.

You can upload the template to Microsoft OneDrive and use Excel Online which is similar to Google Sheet.

First – this is AMAZING! Truly, Thank you.

I need 10 lines for the funnel. Can I change this?

  • Great template! But for some reason, my dashboard is not picking up all open jobs. I am aware of how to use Refresh All on the formulas. And I am also aware that if there are no applications against a job it will show to the right of the open positions. In my instance, I have 3 open jobs that have applications posting against them…but the dashboard only picks up 2 jobs. Any guidance on how to correct this issue? Thank you!

  • Its a pretty good dashboard when it works but kind of buggy. I keep getting error messages and now the dashboard will show zero data. Is it because I leave the dates blank for people that are not hired? I’ve tried to add an additional sheet to show other data and moved the dashboard closer to the left, is that causing the errors? Do I have to go back in and enter hundreds of candidates one by one? Kind of at my wits end right now.

  • Hey 🙂 really good template but I’ve got one issue – how can I leave some of the fields empty without creating an error? For example if a candidate didn’t have to do a certain stage throughout the interview proccess. Is this possible? Otherwise the dashboard doesn’t display it because it’s an error. thank!

    • Thanks for your feedback. Glad that you find it useful.
Currently the date fields are required. Please enter the previous stage’s date if a stage is skipped.
In the next version of the template, we will auto-calculate missing stages.
Please let us know if any questions.
      Thanks & Best wishes.

  • Hello,
This seems like a very interesting template for my HRs!
A question though: in our process, we interview candidate and then assign them to possible project but it seems in your template it works the other way around. So it means a candidate can be applied to multiple positions.
Do you think we could still use your template properly?

    • Thanks for your interest.
This template is designed to track candidates for specific job/position. If a candidate can be considered for more than 1 job (for example 3), then the candidate will be entered for 3 jobs separately. I am not sure if your reference to Project is similar to a Job/Position. The template also allows same candidate to be hired for multiple positions.
Please let me know if any questions.
      Best wishes.
