Free Excel Templates

Welcome to the hub for free Excel template downloads that are simple to use and effective at solving needs in business and home. 

You would need Microsoft Excel to use these templates. Most templates are compatible with Excel 2010 (or above) for Windows and Excel 2011 (or above) for Mac. However, newer templates require Microsoft Excel 2016 and some like our Stock Market templates require Microsoft 365 subscription.

Each excel template free download has detailed documentation with screenshots and video demos. You can easily get started and instantly benefit.   • I HAVE A MANUFACTURING PROCESS WHERE INPUT RAW MATERIALS ARE NEVER STANDARD. CAN YOU ADDRESS THIS ISSUE IN YOUR TEMPLATE? MY FINISHED PRODUCT IS STANDARD, INPUT RAW MATERIALS IS NON STANDARD. ITS LIKE TO MAKE VEGETABLE, YOU TAKE CHOPPED VEGETABLES, SPICES, OIL AND OTHER ITEMS IN ESTIMATED QUANTITIES (yOU DONT WEIGH EACH ITEM). BUT AFTER VEGETABLE IS COOKED AND FINISH, YOU CAN WEIGH COOKED FINISHED VEGETABLE. MY PRODUCT IS MADE IN SIMILAR MANNER. HOW CAN I KEEP TAB ON MY RAW MATERIAL INPUTS IN THIS SCENARIO USING YOUR TEMPLATE. ALSO MY SALES ORDERS ARE ONCE IN A YEAR WITH BULK QUANTITIES, I SHOULD SUPPLY SMALL QUANTITIES FROM THAT SALES ORDER FOR WHOLE YEAR UNDER SAME SALES ORDER NUMBER.

  • hello Ind can you make a stock control system please im having trouble creating one for my business.

    I have client requirements I have to meet.

    We would like our system to:
    1. Uniquely identify our resources by an ID tag of some kid- this will help with organisation within the cupboard to keep everything in order, this could also help prevent loss of items.
    2. Keep a record of the number of these items in stock- this will help solve the problem of knowing what’s in stock and how many of each product there is.
    3. Contain a description of the item- this will help users know what each piece of equipment is used for. This will also help with the auto reordering.
    4. Note where the item is purchased from- this will help with ordering more stock when stock levels are low.
    5. Have an automatic re-ordering system- this will help keep stock levels up so there is never items out of stock.
    6. Keep a record of where in the department the item(s) is stored
    7. Note who used it last in the case of larger, valuable items such as Raspberry Pi computers
    8. Have a user manual
    9. Have a manual for maintenance – so that we can add and remove items as necessary
    10. Have different levels of user access – so I could be an administrator with full access but other teachers would have more limited access to the system to prevent errors happening
    11. Some form of validation so that duplicates/errors are minimised
